    ADI will send part(s) and/or a Technician for service on-site for or any hardware failures for all equipment covered under the policy. No charge for travel time.

  • 24/7 Toll free Help Desk Phone / Internet Support
    Normal Business Hours:
    General support, questions, etc.
    Monday through Friday
    9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

    Mission Critical Support Hours:
    System is down, unable to ring up sales, etc.
    *only mission critical calls will be returned during this time
    Monday - Friday 5:00 PM to 9:00 AM
    Saturday and Sunday all day

  • Remote Access Support
    ADI uses software that gives us the capability to connect remotely to your system to fix and diagnose any challenges quickly and unobtrusively.
