RMA Database Management

With ADI's Database Management add on for Microsoft's Retail Management System, users can load and store database information quickly. This allows the user to more efficiently change databases without the need to access RMS Administrator to change all the settings manually. The RMS Database Management custom add on provides a visual display of databases to ensure the correct ones are being accessed and used.

The RMS Database Management add on also makes remote support a breeze. Log into client databases to perform maintenance or for convenient assistance or training.

Customer Entry/Driver's License Scan

The ADI Customer Entry/Driver's License Scan is a great add on for RMS users. This add on can be used to swipe a customer's driver's license and store their customer information. The custom text fields which can be defined within RMS can also be incorporated into the license scan software to allow additional information such as "How did you hear about us?".

Additionally, the same software can be used on a pc that is not running RMS simply to store basic customer information.

Maximum Quantity

This RMS add-in updates the sold quantity in a custom sql table for any items that exist in defined categories. This information is displayed in a modified version of the default RMS html panel. The RMS add-in is a COM object that is run on the print receipt hook provided by RMS. A standalone configuration utility is provided to allow selection of up to 8 categories that will be displayed. The add-in updates a custom SQL table with the total quantity sold of items within the selected categories. (It was originally design to control the number rides sold)

Lot Number Program

This RMS add-in is used for keeping track of a series of numbers when a specific item is sold. When an item sold (that is check to have a lot #) a window comes up and you enter the number in. There is a report that comes with the program. (It was originally design to keep track of Lot # of food/ products sold)

Item Lookup

This RMS add-in is used to easily display groups of items on the POS screen. Click the custom button choose the department brings up a list then choose the category it then displays the item, description, price, QOH, QOOR, Price level A

Customer Loyalty/Rewards Program

RMS Add-on Customer Loyalty Program: It is completely integrated with Microsoft Retail Management System (RMS). Once installed you can use the RMS Management program to enable and configure the different features of Customer Loyalty. The features of Customer Loyalty are also completely integrated in the RMS POS program requiring the cashier to only answer simple yes and no questions. The features provided by Customer Loyalty enable you to create an effective marketing program to attract and maintain customers. One of the first steps in any marketing program is to collect information about your customers. The features in Customer Loyalty allow you to provide incentives to customers who want to give you their information. After you have collected the information you can custom tailor the features to keep you customers returning to your business.
